Terms of Service

By using outbidindia.com ("the Service") or paying for a listing you agree to these terms.

• The Service sells placement on a public leaderboard operated by us. A completed payment places or raises a listing according to the rules.
• Placement is on this website only. We are not affiliated with Google, X, or any platform a listing links to, and payment does not influence ranking on any third-party platform.
• You must have the right to promote the URL or handle you submit. We may hide listings that violate the rules or applicable law; such payments are not refunded.
• The Service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of traffic, clicks, or business outcomes.

What you are buying

You are buying a position on a public leaderboard on this website, for as long as nobody pays more than you. You are not buying advertising, a subscription, a licence, or any change to your ranking on Google, Google Maps, X, or any other platform. Positions are ordered by total rupees paid, as set out in the rules.

Payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and shown before you pay. Bids are whole rupees, from ₹21 upward.
• Payments are collected by Razorpay. Placement happens when the payment is confirmed, normally within seconds.
• Bids are one-time charges. There is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal and no stored mandate.
• Bids are cumulative and final. See the refund policy.

Claiming and verification

• Claiming a listing is free and confirmed by a one-time code sent to your email.
• An email on the business's own domain earns a verified badge and can take over a listing claimed in error by someone else.
• Impersonating a business you do not represent is a breach of these terms, and any listing so obtained may be removed without refund.

Acceptable use

• No adult or sexual content, no chat or invite links, no link shorteners, no affiliate or tracking URLs.
• Nothing unlawful under Indian law, and nothing that infringes another party's rights.
• No automated bidding, scraping of the board at scale, or attempts to interfere with the Service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business.
