For a payment question, include your Razorpay payment id and the email address you paid with. For a listing claimed by the wrong person, include the listing link and write from an address on the business's own domain.

Operator

OutbidIndia is operated from India, and listing data is hosted on a server in Bangalore. A postal address is available on request for legal or compliance correspondence.

Grievance officer

For complaints under Indian IT rules, write to support@outbidindia.com with the word Grievance in the subject line. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
