Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bids on OutbidIndia are final and non-refundable. A bid buys a position on a live public leaderboard the moment payment completes; being outbid later, or a listing being hidden for a rules violation, does not create a refund.

If you were charged but your listing did not appear within 30 minutes, contact us with your payment reference, we will fix the listing or refund the payment within 5-7 working days.

Chargebacks

By completing a payment you confirm you have read the rules and authorize the charge. Every bid is applied to the board the moment it completes, so the service is delivered instantly. If you have any issue with a payment, contact support@outbidindia.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, we resolve genuine issues quickly. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
